Apple Master Ltd does not warrant that the operation of the parts will be uninterrupted or error-free.

We have a minimum charge/cancellation policy if we start a service/repair. Warranty or guaranty does not apply:

(a) to damage caused by a non-Apple Master Ltd technician;

(b) any damage before we accepted the device or after collection, to “dead” or untested devices or them repaired with risk,

(c) to not reported faults within 7 days during the warranty once you have been aware of the malfunction

(d) Damages caused by the user or accident: electricity, static discharge, liquids, software, firmware, update, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake
or other external causes;

(e) Damage caused by operating the device/parts outside the permitted uses described by the manufacturer;

(f) any damage caused by service (including upgrades and expansions) performed by non-Apple Master Ltd technicians;

(e) any part that has been modified or alters
functionality or capability without the written permission;

(f) any consumable parts, such as batteries, unless damage has occurred due to a defect in
materials or workmanship

(g) if a proof has been lost, the warranty has expired, the serial number, warranty stick or seal has been removed or defaced.

The warranty will replace only the parts affected by the factory defects, within the warranty period and a fee will be applied after 30 days of repair, for the
labour only. Apple Master is not responsible for any data loss during any operation, not for other faults other than what we tested, accepted and repaired
upon your request. Please follow any data backup recommended by the manufacturer before asking us to repair the device.

Any diagnostic or operation of any level on devices, including the logic board repairs, involves risks, the device may not be in the same state as before or completely unusable.
