Dear residents,

As the country entered in National Lock-Down we all agree we are living in extraordinary and challenging times. Life has become very difficult at this moment. Most of the services are affected; limited, unavailable, temporary or permanently closed.

As by government guidelines, we remain close as mobile phone shop for generic services or sales but we will try our best to support the residents and the key workers, offering only and  limited to Electronic Emergency Repairs. We cannot see you face-to-face unfurtunatley, maybe we cannot answer via telephone at all the time as we are short on staff but we have implemented a booking systems and we can keep in touch by e-mail, TXT, Live Chat or comments on the booking systems.

Please read carefully all the explanation, terms and condition below before you go ahead to book a repair.

Nowadays a mobile phone or a computer is not a device for entertainment only but, a vital tool which saves lives, contacting emergency services, staying tuned and informed with news, keeping families and friends together, being in touch with elderly or sick family members, even working or studying from home as this is the "New Normal" we have to accept.

These are a few reasons why we will still keep our services alive and look after our community, we will offer no-contact emergency repairs for electronics by pre-booking only, click and collect (Drop-off & Pickup by the customers). it will be a checkpoint installation outside of our business premises taking this way all precautions to protect the customers and staff.

The repairs might take longer than usual; some of suppliers are operating overloaded, postal services may delay and we are short on staff too.

You can book an emergency repair only if you cannot wait until the end of the lockdown or because you make part on the category above, and you use the device for one of the reasons mentioned on the list.
