As the country entered in National Lock-Down we all agree that we are living in extraordinary and challenging times and life has become very difficult at this moment. Most of the services are affected; limited, unavailable, temporary or permanently closed.

As by government guidelines, we remain close as mobile phone shop for generic services or sales but we will try our best to support the residents and the key workers, offering only limited emergency electronic repairs. We cannot see you face-to-face, we cannot answer via telephone at the moment becuase we are short on staff. Please read the explanation, terms and condition below before you go ahead with the booking.

Nowadays a mobile phone or a computer is not a device for entertainment only but, a vital tool which saves lives, contacting emergency services, staying tuned and informed with news, keeping families and friends together, being in touch with elderly or sick family members, even working or studying from home.

These are a few reasons why we will still keep our services alive and look after our community, we will offer no-contact emergency repairs for electronics by pre-booking, click and collect (Drop-off & Pickup).

As we are limited with staff, the repairs might take longer than usual; it will be a checkpoint installation outside of our business premises taking this way all precautions to protect the customers and staff.

You can book an emergency repair only if you cannot wait until the end of the lockdown because you make part on the category above, and you use the device for one of the reasons mentioned above.

1. You must wear a protective face mask;

2. You must have booked online from the link below; you must have the confirmation/invitation to bring your device.

3. Once you drop your device, you will pre-pay at the checkpoint, by card or bank transfer and you must leave.

4. You must return to collect your device once you have received a notification TXT or call.

5. We will clean and disinfect the device when we receive it and return it back to you. 

We will not be able to offer diagnostic services, we will be limited only to screen replacement, battery replacement, keyboard, cables and charger replacement.

We will be not able to offer sales of other accessories or repairs that are not classified "Emergency Repairs" which do not affect the use of the device.
